Nate Ward

Nate Ward serves as the Medical Director of Technology and Lead Physician at Thirty Madison since April 2021. Additionally, Nate has held the position of Physician/Consultant at Dear Brightly since January 2020 and Medical Director at Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care, LLC since October 2017. From March 2019 to March 2021, Nate worked as a Medical Doctor at Amwell, and prior to that, served as a Physician at Primary Health Medical Group from July 2013 to June 2019. Educational background includes a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University (2006-2010), board certification in Family Medicine from the University of California, Davis - School of Medicine (2010-2013), and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University (1999-2006).
