Berry Dahlin Sagehorn

Berry Dahlin Sagehorn has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They most recently held the position of Chief People Officer at DearDoc since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as VP of People & Culture at OBMedia, LLC from January to June 2022. Berry also worked as the Head of People and Experience at Digifabshop from October 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they held the role of VP of Organizational Development at Tradavo from December 2017 to October 2020. Some of Berry's notable achievements include building the first HR department, implementing recruitment practices, and reducing employee turnover at Tradavo. Berry also worked as the Director of Operations at Sample Supports from August 2016 to November 2017, where they managed operations for multiple brands and achieved significant recognitions. They served as COO at OHBON Fashion Designers LLC from May 2015 to August 2016, where they managed operations, supply chain, and investor and executive relations. Berry's earlier experience includes working in marketing, purchasing, and operations roles at Material Possessions Chicago from May 2012 to June 2015, and in operations at Nancy Corzine from 2010 to 2012.

Berry Dahlin Sagehorn attended Harrington College of Design from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2019, Berry enrolled at the University of Northern Colorado, pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources. They have also obtained additional certifications, including Business Law from Cornell University, Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and the Ethical Leadership Certification Program from the NASBA Center for the Public Trust. Berry also holds a Graphic Design Certification from The Art Institute of Chicago.
