Daniela de la Cruz Santamaría

Daniela De la Cruz Santamaría has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Daniela started in 2016 as a Psychological Researcher and Workshop Facilitator for the Colaboración de ISSEA y el Programa Nacional de Prevención al Delito. Daniela conducted workshops on social skills and provided psychotherapy to students at risk of addiction.

In 2018, Daniela worked as a Psychological Counselor at Bosques Middle School, where they conducted family and individual therapy sessions, facilitated socio-emotional skills workshops, and mediated conflicts.

During the same year, they also joined B Raft Dreams as a Digital Illustrator and Concept Developer for a graphic novel. Daniela'sresponsibilities included character ideation, digital illustration, and design balance.

In 2020, Daniela worked as a Freelance UX/UI Designer, where they conducted research and development for apps and their desktop adaptations. Daniela also conducted user interviews, created user personas, and performed testing for various projects.

In 2021, Daniela joined DearDoc as a Website Designer, and later became the Website Design Team Lead, Scrum Master, and UX/UI Designer. In these roles, they optimized team and company processes, improved UX in website designs, provided data analysis and SEO support, and worked on website restructuring and user-friendly design updates.

Daniela De la Cruz Santamaría obtained a degree in Licenciatura en Psicología (Psychology) from Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, where they studied from 2013 to 2018.
