Danielle Waldron

Danielle Waldron is the current Shipping & Receiving Lead at Death Wish Coffee Company. Previously, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at SmartWatt Inc. from January 2011 to January 2020. There, they were responsible for leading all Human Resources strategy, functions, processes, procedures and implementation for a nation‐wide energy‐as‐a service company in a high growth environment. Danielle has also worked as a recruiter for KeyBank from January 2008 to December 2010, and as legal support for Lavelle & Finn, LLP from January 2004 to December 2008.

Danielle Waldron has an MBA and HR Certificate from Union College as well as a Construction Safety and Health Specialist Certificate from Rochester Institute of Technology. Danielle is currently pursuing a Marketing/Management degree with a minor in Sociology from Siena College.
