Avni Varshney

Avni Varshney is currently a Mentor at Debate Mate, guiding students in debating skills across three schools since November 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Core Team Member at Vishalakshi Foundation from January 2021 to April 2023, and roles as an Observer at the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences and a Trainee at QPR Institute, both in March 2023. An internship at World Brain Center Hospital in mid-2022 and a summer program at O.P. Jindal Global University also contributed to Avni's professional development. Earlier positions involved training in English at ORAD Consultancy and completing student internships at Cognizavest and "adhyapann": The Skills Hub. Avni holds a Master of Science in Clinical Neuropsychiatry from King's College London, expected in September 2024, and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Gargi College, Delhi. Additionally, Avni has studied Korean Language and Culture at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
