Marc Grainger

Marc Grainger currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Debevoise & Plimpton, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this, Grainger accumulated extensive experience at Credit Suisse from May 2008 to June 2018, where roles included Global Head of People Development, as well as leadership positions in Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources within the Investment Banking Department. Before Credit Suisse, Grainger worked at Bank of America from May 2005 to May 2008 as a Learning Executive, overseeing a team of over 100 professionals in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking sector. Earlier in Grainger’s career, 13 years were spent at Accenture as a Senior Manager, focusing on consulting for the Financial Services industry with an emphasis on learning and leadership strategy. Grainger holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University.
