Namdar H. has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Youth and Economy/Press Officer at Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. In 2016, they worked as an Analyst in Corporate and Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, where they were involved in advisory, origination, FX and rates trading, and risk management. From 2018 to 2019, they became a Relationship Manager in the Corporate Bank, specializing in advisory and origination for companies in Germany and Japan. They then took on the role of Senior Relationship Manager from 2019 to 2022, focusing on listed companies in various industries across DACH, EMEA, and the Americas.

In 2022, Namdar joined Penta as the Leading Business Development, leading the company's hyper-scaling growth and supporting its acquisition by Qonto. They also had responsibilities in country launches, strategic expansion, and operational excellence. In 2023, Namdar joined Myos as the Head of Revenue Operations, contributing to the company's sales revenue and implementing strategies to increase loan recovery rates. They also joined Debtist as the Head of Corporate Development, where they specialize in receivables management and debt collection services for B2B and B2C clients.

Namdar H. has a diverse education history. In 2016, they pursued a curriculum in corporate finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. During the same year, they also studied economics research at the School of Business and Economics at Humboldt-Universitaet zu Berlin. In 2019, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Finance/Business Administration at The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Namdar further enhanced their language skills with an Italian language scholarship in Florence in 2015. In terms of certifications, they obtained a B1 Diplomà Italiano from PAROLA in 2015 and an A2 Diplôme francaise from DELF in 2013. Prior to their higher education journey, Namdar H. completed their Abitur (equivalent to A-level) at Wilhelm Gymnasium in Hamburg from 2007 to 2015, where they focused on deepening their research in politics, society, and the economy.
