Michele Ramirez has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Michele is currently the Human Resources Director at DECA Dental Group. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Manager at Callaway Golf, where they managed HR operations. Michele also served as a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Stryker, where they led various initiatives such as restructuring, change management, and talent planning. Michele held the position of Senior Human Capital Partner (Regional HR Director) at UnitedHealth Group, where they oversaw HR for the US Northeast region, facilitated M&As, and led startup operations. Michele has also worked at Honeywell in various roles, including Director Human Resources, Global Shared Services, Senior Manager Human Resources, Sensing and Control, Human Resources Site Director, Aerospace, and Manager Human Resources, Corporate Functions. Michele has a proven track record of implementing strategic HR initiatives, fostering cross-functional relationships, and driving organizational growth.

Michele Ramirez has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Michele also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, with a minor in Speech Communications & Secondary Education Emphasis, from Iowa State University. Additionally, Michele has completed coursework in International Management & Cross-Cultural Communication at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).

Michele has obtained several additional certifications. Michele is a 360 Feedback Assessment Facilitator/Coach certified by Stryker. Michele is also a DiSC Facilitator and has completed the Drexler-Sibbet Team Performance Model training, both certified by UnitedHealth Group. Furthermore, they are a Gallup Q12 Engagement Survey Facilitator certified by Honeywell and Stryker. Michele is also a Licensed Private Investigator certified by the State of Texas. Additionally, they have a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Honeywell, and they have completed Strategic Workforce Planning training at the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
