Kristen Jones

Kristen Jones is Shop DECA’s Customer Service Specialist. Her primary responsibilities include helping our Shop DECA customers have an exceptional shopping experience and assisting the Retail Operations Manager in improving systems and customer experience. Kristen has over 10 years of customer service experience as well as being an accounting administrator. Kristen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Utah State University. She studied the fields of Business and Instructional Technology.
