Paloma Ochi

Paloma Ochi is an experienced marketing leader currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Decagon since 2025. Prior to this role, Paloma was the Head of Product Marketing and Founding Marketer at Glean from 2021 to 2025, and served as Head of Product Marketing for Business Messaging Monetization at Facebook in 2020.
