Justin Miller

Justin Miller is an accomplished operations and production manager with extensive experience in the scuba diving and media industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Workshop Leader at Décathlon Canada since September 2021, Justin has previously held significant roles such as Partner at 3D Forge and General Manager at Torpedo Rays Scuba Adventures, where responsibilities included overseeing operations at the largest PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center in Atlantic Canada. Earlier career highlights include launching Las Vegas’s first PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center as Assistant Manager at Scuba Views LLC and extensive experience in production management across various media companies, including KVTE CH 35 and KTNV. Justin holds a Photography diploma from Eldorado High School.
