Marion Nadeau, currently the Responsable Retail for the Greater Montreal area at Décathlon Canada since December 2018, leads and develops a team of six store directors to ensure customer satisfaction across various retail locations. With prior experience as Leader Retail and Leader Sports d’Eau, Marion has consistently focused on team empowerment and customer satisfaction. Before joining Décathlon Canada, Marion held various positions at Décathlon France from December 2009 to December 2018, culminating as Directrice adjointe de magasin - Responsable Exploitation, overseeing teams and financial performance in seasonal retail environments. Educational qualifications include multiple master's degrees in management and business strategy, complemented by a professional license in commerce and distribution.
