Kent Lam is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Serving as the Head of Technology (CTO) at Decathlon Hong Kong since January 2022, Kent previously held key positions at Citadel Securities as a Trade Technology Engineer and at BNP Paribas Asset Management as the Head of Application Development, where management of the North America IT Development team was a critical responsibility. Kent’s earlier roles include Senior Programmer Analyst at Citigroup, Developer at Nomura Securities, and Developer at Information Builders, along with IT consulting at IBM Global Services. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
