Andrea Kneppers

Andrea Kneppers, OLY, currently serves as the Digital Sport Leader at Decathlon Nederland, overseeing the online customer journey for Outdoor Sports brands Quechua and Forclaz since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Manager at Language Partners, and Group Marketing Manager at BBi Communication. Andrea is also the owner of &DREA, specializing in marketing and communication, with a focus on website optimization, social media growth, and marketing strategy. Additional past positions include Marketing Project Manager at SwimGym.com and Swim Coach at SwimGym B.V. Notably, Andrea represented the Netherlands as an Olympian swimmer at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games and has also coached and mentored swimmers at various organizations. Andrea holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Amsterdam and degrees in International Business and Management Studies from the University of Louisville and Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
