Han Verhallen

Han Verhallen has extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Leading Product, Tech and Design at Decathlon Nederland since December 2020, Han previously held the position of Manager Small&Medium Business at AfterPay - Arvato Finance B.V. from June 2015 to December 2020, overseeing over 5,000 small and medium accounts in sales, integration, and support. Han's experience also includes roles at IKEA Group, where responsibilities spanned from Project Manager Omni Channel CCCN to Team Manager of the Customer Contact Center in the Netherlands, as well as a managerial role at Nuon CCC, managing teams and supporting strategic decisions. Early career experience includes working as a driver at Arriva and earning a degree from Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland, complemented by studies at NHL Hogeschool and Linde College.
