Bas Blankendaal

Bas Blankendaal has a diverse work experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. Bas started their career as a Combinatiefunctionaris at Alkmaar Sport N.V., where they organized sports and movement activities for youth. Bas also worked as a Tennisleraar/conditietrainer at Sportcoach Blankendaal.

In 2015, Bas joined TuinTuin.nl as an Online Marketeer, responsible for website content, marketing, social media, and usability.

From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Bluedesk as an Online Marketer/Consultant, focusing on the online success of clients. Bas also co-founded JEROME van Bluedesk, a marketing label aimed at providing comprehensive online marketing services.

In 2021, Bas transitioned to Decathlon Nederland as a Senior Digital Sportleader and Online Category Manager. Bas was responsible for managing digital sport leaders and overseeing the Outdoor category's e-commerce strategies.
