Charly le Gal

Charly Le Gal is a seasoned professional in the cycling and sports industry with a robust background in product management and engineering. Currently serving as Technical and Design Director for SUBEA at Decathlon International since September 2017, Charly focuses on creating optimal worldwide offers for bikes, backpacks, lights, and safety accessories while emphasizing digital marketing and collaboration with international teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Engineer for city bikes and e-bikes at Btwin, where Charly contributed to sustainable practices and global production efforts, as well as earlier positions in product engineering and sales within Decathlon. Charly holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Materials Science and Engineering from INSA Lyon, completed in 2013.
