Ivo Miguel da Silva

Ivo Miguel da Silva is a seasoned professional in the field of industrial engineering with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and quality management. Currently serving as the Head of Advanced Manufacturing - Digital Transformation in Production at Decathlon International since January 2023, Ivo has been with Decathlon Portugal since October 2018, holding roles as Operational Process Manager and Quality & Industrialization Engineer, where responsibilities included managing the Iberic footwear suppliers panel and ensuring compliance with product quality and industrial standards. Previously, Ivo worked at Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal as a Process Engineer and Production Maintenance Engineer, focusing on process improvement and production reliability. Ivo holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade do Minho and has contributed to various research initiatives at institutions such as CMEMS, CT2M, and LARM.
