Janelle Reed serves as the Business Office Administrator at Decatur Family YMCA since May 2023, while concurrently operating R33D Custom Designs, a business focused on custom merchandise including tumblers and apparel, since March 2021. As the Founder of The Stand Beside Their Project, established in August 2018, Janelle provides feminine hygiene products to underserved women and girls through local communities. Previous experience includes the role of Finance Manager at Creative Kids Daycare & Learning Center from May 2019 to July 2020, with responsibilities in payroll and financial management. Janelle completed a Certificate in Health Information/Medical Records Technology at Eastern Gateway Community College, where attendance occurred from August 2021 to December 2022, and became a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society in April 2022.
