Joe Holmes

Joe Holmes has an extensive background in communications and public relations, with experience in various industries ranging from marketing to music ministry. Joe currently holds the position of Communications and Public Relations Coordinator at Decatur Utilities, where Joe develops and implements strategies to enhance communication with employees and customers. Prior to this, Joe worked as a Sr. Marketing Executive and Strategic Communications Subject Matter Expert at LSINC and Inergi, respectively. Joe also has experience in creative direction and management, having served as Creative Director at Inergi and VP of Creative Services at Barco. Joe is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a B.A. in Journalism and Marketing.
