Tom Cleveland, P.E. has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Water Resources Manager at Decatur Utilities. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Special Projects at Enersolv Corporation. With a background in civil engineering, Tom has also worked as an Environmental Engineer and Structural Design Engineer at notable companies such as the Alabama Department of Environmental Management and American Buildings Company. Tom holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University and an Associates in Pre-Engineering from Northwest-Shoals Community College.
