Xavi Roca Torruella

Xavi Roca Torruella has a diverse range of work experience. Xavi is currently serving as the Director General and Partner at Òptima RRHH since July 2022. Additionally, they are the owner and founder of xaviroca.com since October 2013. Xavi has also worked as an Associate Professor at the Universitat de Lleida since 2002, where they teach courses on management and leadership. Xavi is a founding partner of Decelera since June 2016 and a board member at Aritmos since March 2018. From 2001 to 2022, Xavi owned and worked as a consultant and general manager at Smart Marketing SL. Xavi also held the position of SAGE Eurowin Manager at Sage España from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they served as the Pneumatic Waste Collecting General Manager at Ros Roca from 2008 to 2009 and as the General Manager at Fira de Lleida from 2004 to 2008. Xavi's earliest work experience was in the Marketing Department at Natural Optics from 2000 to 2001.

Xavi Roca Torruella has a diverse education history. Xavi obtained a Master in Business Administration and a Licenciado in Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Esade between 1992 and 1998. In 2006, they completed a Master's degree in Trade Fair Management at the University of Cologne.

In terms of professional development, Xavi Roca Torruella completed several certificate programs. In 2002, they obtained a certification in Leadership and Team Management from Make a team. In 2018, they became a certified coach in strengths from Gallup.

Throughout their career, Xavi Roca Torruella has continued to expand their knowledge and skills through various online programs and workshops. In 2020, they completed the Achieving Personal and Professional Success program from Wharton Online and the Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence program from Case Western Reserve University.
