Ronald Filo

Ronald Filo has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Ronald'smost recent position was as the Head of Research and Technical Evangelist at #DECENT, where they led three teams responsible for core development, consultancy, and API solutions for the DCore blockchain platform. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Advisor at ALAX.io.

Before their roles at #DECENT and ALAX.io, they worked as a Software Architect at CNC and as a Team Leader of web development and technical team manager at an unnamed company. Additionally, Ronald served as the team leader of the Innovation Center at ERSTE GROUP IT SK, managing the development of mobile and web banking applications.

Earlier in their career, Ronald was a Team Leader for mobile development at ESET spol s r o, overseeing the development of mobile security solutions. Ronald was also a Team Leader and software developer for mobile devices at Visicom Inc, where they worked on the development of a mobile client application for a CRM system.

Throughout their career, Ronald has demonstrated their expertise in technological leadership, project management, and strategic planning, making significant contributions in the areas of blockchain, mobile security, and mobile application development.

Ronald Filo completed their primary education at Gymnazium Parovska ul, in Nitra from 1995 to 1999, earning a graduation certificate with a focus on Mathematics. Ronald then pursued their higher education at MFF UK, Bratislava from 1999 to 2004. Ronald obtained a degree of Mgr. with a specialization in Informatics (Computer Science) during this period.
