Seep Miglani

Seep Miglani has worked in various roles since 2013. Seep began their career as a Language Specialist at The Concepts in 2013. In 2016, they became an Assistant Professor at Chandigarh University. In 2018, they took on the role of HR at Outline Systems India. In 2020, they were HRBP at Net2Source Inc. and concurrently held the role of Head HR & EA and HR Lead & EA at Decentro, where they were responsible for providing plug & play APIs for banking integrations in India and APAC.

Seep Miglani has a diverse educational background. In 2022-2023, they attended the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, where they completed an Execute Programme in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Panjab University in 2011-2012. Seep also attended St. Mary's Academy in Saharanpur, where they completed their Higher Secondry in Business/Commerce from 2005-2007.
