Bruno Humblet

Bruno Humblet is the current CEO Group at Deceuninck. Bruno has also been a Board and Audit Committee Member at the company from October 2020 to December 2021. Prior to their work at Deceuninck, Bruno was the CEO at Bridon-Bekaert The Ropes Group from January 2016 to December 2018. There, they were responsible for establishing the JV between Bekaert and OTPP, creating a leading global ropes company with a $500m turnover and an EBITDA of c 10%. Bruno also oversaw restructuring actions to enable stable profitability during a phase of industry overcapacity for core products, through the implementation of: geographic footprint restructuring; stringent cost synergies; a new commercial approach; and improved focus on innovation to create long-term value. Additionally, they grew the business in ANZO, SEA and North America, and safeguarded the development and growth potential of the advanced cords business. Before Bridon-Bekaert The Ropes Group, Bruno worked at HumbleBee Partners and MANKIND art.
