Marc-Olivier Leconte

Marc-Olivier Leconte has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Marc-Olivier started their career as a Veterinary Practitioner at Clinique Vétérinaire Dr Leconte/vetoadom from 2000 to 2010. Marc-Olivier then moved on to Hill's Pet Nutrition, where they held the positions of Regional Manager from January 2010 to April 2012, and Veterinary Development Manager for France from April 2012 to August 2014. Marc-Olivier is currently working at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC, where they have held various roles since 2014. Marc-Olivier was the Marketing & Technical Director Nutrition since May 2019 and the Commercial Director for France from September 2016 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were the Marketing and Technical Director, responsible for pharmaceutical veterinary at the same company from September 2014 to September 2016. In this role, they developed a local marketing strategy, managed a team of five veterinary marketing professionals, and oversaw technical information dedicated to the sales force, among other responsibilities.

Marc-Olivier Leconte holds a Certificat d'etudes spécialisées en Diététique canine et féline from École nationale vétérinaire d'Alfort - EnvA, which they obtained in 2013. Marc-Olivier also has a Master II degree in Marketing et pratiques commerciales from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, completed between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, Marc-Olivier Leconte holds a Doctorat degree in Médecine Vétérinaire from the University of Liège, earned between 1995 and 2000. Marc-Olivier is also currently pursuing a Commercial Marketing Academy Year 2 certification from Dechra, which will be obtained in 2023.
