The current leadership team at Dechra Pharmaceuticals has a wide range of experience in different industries. Many members have experience working in human resources, while others come from finance and accounting backgrounds. Some members have experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, while others come from the food and beverage industry. All members of the team have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, with many members having advanced degrees or certification in their field.
