Nick Davenport

Nick Davenport has been in the recruitment industry for over 20 years. Nick began their career at Recruitment Agencies London in 1998 as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruiter, Team Manager, Director & Executive Search. In 2011, they moved to Tyche Consulting Limited as an Internal Lead IT Recruiter. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology (Contract) at Wonga.com, and then as a Head of Recruitment (Contract) at notonthehighstreet.com. In 2013, they joined The Workshop - Inventors of Play as a Recruitment Manager. In 2019, they moved to Omio as a Talent Acquisition Manager (Contract), and then to Decibel, a Medallia company, as a Talent Acquisition Manager (acquired by Medallia). In 2021, they were hired by Medallia as a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition LATAM & Western EMEA, where they are responsible for technical recruitment opportunities across LATAM, Western EMEA & some APAC for Medallia suite of products and services, and manages a team of Tech Recruiters and Tech Sourcers across multiple locations.

Nick Davenport attended St Johns Comprehensive from 1984 to 1990, where they studied English, Maths, Physics, and Geography. In September 2020, they obtained the certification "Cybersecurity at Work" from LinkedIn.
