Engineer IV at deciBel Research

Cash Chitwood has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Cash started their career in 1996 as a Software Engineer at Esterline AVISTA, where they designed software for real-time embedded systems. Cash then worked at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems as a Software Developer, where they utilized Java and XML for developing applications under the SAVANT architecture.

In 2006, Cash joined SAIC (now known as Leidos) as a Software Design Engineer, where they led the development of web-based applications and ensured software delivery met customer expectations. Cash then transitioned to MacAulay Brown as a Software Engineer, focusing on the development of a large web-based application called MASINT Portal.

Cash continued their career at Illumination Works as a Staff Consultant/Software Engineer, responsible for software design and development. Cash then joined Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Java Developer 4, before eventually moving to deciBel Research, Inc. as an Engineer IV.

Throughout their career, Cash demonstrated strong technical skills, including proficiency with various programming languages and familiarity with software development processes.

Cash Chitwood obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where they studied from 1988 to 1995. In September 2015, they also obtained the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner certification from CompTIA.
