Guillaume Grégoire

Guillaume Grégoire has held various roles in the tech industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Full Stack Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Lucca, where they redesigned the product and all its user interfaces, built new data models and REST JSON APIs, and built a new single-page application. In 2011, they held an internship as a Web Developer at Wisembly. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Full Stack Software Engineer at Content Square, where they designed and developed web analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization solutions. In 2016, they founded Staffy, a People Data Management SaaS. Since 2017, they have been the Head of Engineering at Decidata, where they supervise software developments, sets up processes and tooling, and maintains and enhances the availability, reliability, and performance of the TV Ads Recognition pipeline. Guillaume has also been the Team Lead - Frontend, where they architected, built, and maintained various large React applications and libraries, improved the design of existing code and the frontend tools/build system, managed and mentored two software engineers, implemented project management methodologies, established best practices for the team, and ensured technical feasibility of new features and managed users expectations.

Guillaume Grégoire obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique from Lycée Sainte-Marie in 2008-2009. Guillaume then attended Lycée Turgot, where they earned their BTS Informatique de Gestion in 2009-2011. Guillaume continued their education at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, where they earned their Licence MIAGE in 2011-2012 and their Master MIAGE in 2012-2014. In 2018, they obtained a Scrum Master Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
