Alice Kirchoff

Alice Kirchoff has worked in the design and event management fields since 2014. Alice began their career as an intern at TBG Partners, an award-winning landscape architecture firm. During their time there, they collaborated on designs in different phases, from initial design conception to final construction documents. Alice then moved on to The Garden Design Studio, where they used programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign to create landscape design plans for high-end residential properties. In 2017, Alice joined Nudge Design as the first employee and helped grow the company to its desired size of 10 staff members while designing luxury commercial projects in the quickly growing and evolving Austin market. In 2021, Alice became a Guest Services Coordinator at Insomniac Events, a branch of Live Nation, where they assisted festival-goers to ensure they had the best possible experience. Later that year, they began working at Offsiter as an Event Manager, where they secured new members for the business’s SaaS platform and assisted clients with full offsite planning. Currently, Alice is an Operations and Engagement Manager at Decide Technologies, an AI company focused on ad tech. In this role, they plan and facilitates events to maintain company culture, organizes on-site events for teams, and builds connections with students and potential clients. Alice also uses their previous landscape architecture role as a project manager for the operations side of their position to complete the buildout of Decide’s new freestanding office space in East Austin.

Alice Kirchoff obtained their Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from The University of Georgia between 2010 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Episcopal School of Baton Rouge in 2010. Additionally, in April 2015, they obtained a LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
