Vishal Rana is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as Partner for Portfolio and Operations at Deciens Capital. Previously, Vishal held key leadership positions at Snapdocs as Vice President of Customer Success & Operations, and at Segment as a Product Leader and Director of Enterprise Operations & Support. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager of Professional Services at Medallia and Senior Vice President of Financial Risk Products at Marsh McLennan. Vishal holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BS in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
