Allan Rixen

Allan Rixen is the current advisor at Decision Minds. Allan was previously the Chief Executive Officer at AVA from June 2018 to March 2021. Before that, they were the Senior Director IT Applications at Fitbit from January 2016 to June 2017 where they were responsible for Corporate Cloud Applications and Business Intelligence. Rixen was with Palo Alto Networks from September 2011 to October 2015 as the Senior Director IT where they were responsible for Global Infrastructure, Business Applications and IT Security. During their time with EMC, they served as the Senior Director IS, BRS Division from January 2009 to July 2011. Allan has also been an Executive Advisor and Principal at Nexir Consulting and Senior Director Information Services at Data Domain.

Allan Rixen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Engineering College of Copenhagen. Allan then went on to study at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, where they completed their 10th in Mechanical Engineering.
