Swapnilsony Singh

Dr. Swapnilsony Singh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dr. Swapnilsony is currently serving as the Head of Global People Function and Director of Operations & Strategy at Decision Minds since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the CEO & Co-Founder of Consulytics from June 2016 to February 2021. Dr. Swapnilsony also worked as an Independent Consultant & Coach at Career Launcher from March 2015 to June 2016. In addition, Dr. Singh served as an Assistant Professor & Coordinator DAMS – Faculty of Finance at the Department of Advanced Management Studies, G.S.College of Commerce, Shiksha Mandal from June 2010 to December 2014. Dr. Swapnilsony played a pivotal role in various academic and administrative activities during their tenure, including industry collaborations, research projects, hiring and evaluation of faculties, and implementation of case-based academic modules. Dr. Singh started their career as a Finance Accounting Intern at GE Capital in April 2009, where they worked on the implementation of an accounting policy. Dr. Swapnilsony received a Pre Placement Offer (PPO) and was recognized with the Summer Excellence Award for their outstanding work during the internship.

Dr. Swapnilsony Singh completed their education in two institutions. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University in Nagpur, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their field of study for their MBA was Finance and HR. Later, from 2011 to 2016, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Microfinance at the same university.
