Prathap Manickam

Prathap Manickam has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2023. Prathap started their career as a Functional System Analyst at Hewitt Associates LLC, where they were involved in requirement walkthrough and analysis, as well as performed functional, regression, and system integration testing. In 2010, they became a Lead System Analyst at Aon Hewitt, where they led the end-to-end testing and automation process, implemented efficient testing practices, and conducted test case and code reviews. Prathap then joined Alight Solutions in 2017 as a Senior Service Manager, where they facilitated Scrum ceremonies, worked with the product owner to define project scope, and supported and guided the team in establishing a normalized estimating approach. In 2018, they joined Wipro as a Client Technology Manager and Scrum Master, where they guided teams in following Agile and Scrum practices, facilitated PI planning readiness, and optimized scrum team velocity. Currently, they are working at Decision Minds as a Project Manager and Data Analyst.

Prathap Manickam obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, Prathap has obtained certifications in Project Management Foundations: Requirements from LinkedIn in January 2023, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in January 2023.
