Barbara Nolan

Barbara Nolan has over 30 years of experience in project management and business analysis, currently serving as a Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Scrum Master at Decision Research Corporation since March 2015. In this role, Barbara manages a team of 25 employees on a large client project, overseeing its implementation and multi-year rollout. Previously, at Kemper Corporation from June 2004 to February 2015, Barbara managed a team of seven business analysts focused on documenting business requirements for various projects. Additionally, Barbara held managerial roles at Kemper Direct and served as a Senior Business Analyst at Reliance Insurance. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS and Operations Management from Drexel University.
