Alex Baines

Alex Baines started their work experience in 2019 as a Supervisor at Baur Services, where they worked until September 2020. From August 2020 to December 2020, they worked at Texas A&M University, primarily focusing on FLRAA/FARA Fielding. They conducted extensive information gathering to identify key differences between the UH-60 and AH-64 Army aircraft and their projected replacements, and determined how these differences would impact infrastructure. They also built a custom Excel model to analyze the financial implications of building future infrastructure at military facilities. Currently, Alex works at Decisions as a Developer, a role they have held since December 2021. In January 2023, they transitioned to the role of Sales Engineer at the same company.

Alex Baines obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University. They attended the university from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University in December 2020. They also obtained a SOLIDWORKS Associate Certificate from Dassault Systèmes in April 2020.
