Chastidy Bonilla

Chastidy Bonilla has extensive work experience in various roles related to employee development and training. Chastidy currently holds the position of Director of Employee Success & Development at Decisions, where they started working in July 2022. Prior to this, Chastidy worked as a Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Senior Human Resources Manager at Canon Information Technology Services, Inc. from May 2012 to June 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing various HR functions and programs, including talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management. Chastidy also designed and facilitated leadership development programs, conducted needs analysis, and provided coaching to employees at all levels of the organization. Before joining Canon ITS, Chastidy worked at Verizon for several years in various customer service and training roles. Chastidy'sresponsibilities included managing customer service operations, designing and delivering training programs, and supporting solution selling and customer care. Chastidy has also worked as a Certified Yoga Instructor, specializing in teaching yoga and promoting well-being.

Chastidy Bonilla completed their education at Hunter College from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Chastidy has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they received the TL 9000 certification from Verizon. Chastidy later became a certified 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through the Yoga Alliance in June 2011. In July 2011, Chastidy also became a certified Wellness Coach through Wellcoach. Continuing their professional development, they obtained the DDI Certified Facilitator certification from Development Dimensions International in December 2012, specializing in customer service and leadership facilitation. In February 2015, Chastidy obtained the Bluepoint Breakout certification from Bluepoint Leadership Development. Additionally, they earned a 500 hr RYT certification from the Yoga Alliance in March 2015. Most recently, in February 2018, Chastidy completed the Strengths Finder Coach certification from Gallup.
