Earl McFarland M.ed

Earl McFarland, M.Ed has over two decades of work experience, beginning in 2000 when they joined the US Navy as an Administrative Department Senior Manager. Earl held this role for over twenty years, until November 2021. In November 2021, Mr. McFarland transitioned to a new position as Director of Employee Success at Decisions, where they currently work.

Earl McFarland, M.Ed has a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General, as well as an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General, both from Liberty University. In 2020, they attended the Senior Enlisted Academy. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Master Training Specialist from the US Navy in September 2016.
