Jeffrey Ward

Jeffrey Ward has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeffrey currently holds the position of Director of Innovation, Financial Services at Decisions, where they lead a team of innovationists focusing on utilizing hyperautomation technology to enhance efficiency and revenue generation. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Executive at TurnKey Lender, where they gained expertise in credit risk management and lending automation. In addition, Jeffrey has experience as a Territory Manager at Epicor Software, a Regional Sales Manager at About Time Technologies, and a Business Development professional at ADP. Jeffrey has also held roles at Ceridian, Regions Bank, Capital One Bank, Country Title, and Speciality Hardwoods, showcasing their versatility across various industries and sectors.

Jeffrey Ward completed their high school education at New Braunfels High School. Jeffrey then attended San Antonio College from 1995 to 1999, where they studied graphic arts but did not obtain a degree. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005.
