Jamie Duncan

Jamie Duncan is currently the Office Manager at DecisionWise, a position they have held since October 2005. Prior to that, Jamie was the Sales Account Manager at TestOut Corporation from October 1997 to October 2005 where they were responsible for maintaining a clean CRM database for customers and prospective customers, building lasting business relationships with hundreds of clients, and servicing, pursuing and educating client contacts in the field of Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, and COMPTIA certifications. Jamie also assisted government, corporate and academic organizations in obtaining training per their needs, and trained and assisted new and current employees on CRM, accounting system reports, marketing reports, and merchant credit account systems, etc. In addition, Jamie pursued and reached measurable financial goals for the company on a regular basis.
