Tracy Maylett is the CEO at DecisionWise, a global leader in employee engagement. Tracy has over 20 years of experience in organizational effectiveness and human resources. Tracy has been an adjunct faculty member at Brigham Young University and a board member and treasurer for HELP International, an organization that fights global poverty. Tracy is passionate about helping companies create healthy, high-performing cultures where employees can thrive.

Tracy Maylett has an Ed.D. from Pepperdine University in Doctorate of Organization Change- Graduate School of Education and Psychology, an MBA from Brigham Young University in Business Administration- Marriott School of Management, a B.A. from Utah State University in Education, Spanish, and an AA from Snow College in General. Additionally, Tracy has certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
