Irene Zhang

Irene Zhang is a seasoned leader in the clinical research field, having founded Everest Clinical Research in January 2004, where Irene currently serves as Founder and Executive Chairman after a tenure as CEO that lasted over twenty years. Prior to Everest, Irene held significant positions at Pharmacia Corporation, including President and CEO from August 1997 to December 2003, and Director of Statistical Operations, where responsibilities included leading a Data and Analytical Center. Earlier career roles include Manager of Clinical Data Management and Biostatistician at Pharmacia Corporation and Johnson & Johnson, respectively. Irene started as a Statistical Programmer/Analyst at Guangdong Provincial Economics and Business Management Institute and worked as a Lecturer after earning an M.Sc. in Mathematics & Statistics from Queen's University.
