Jake Caruso

Jake Caruso currently serves as VP of HR & Administration at PURE Property Management, a rapidly growing residential property management and technology firm in the U.S. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Development at Santa Clara University and President at Black Mountain, LLC / Interim HealthCare, where operations and business functions of a healthcare practice were managed from inception to strategic sale. As Project Controller at Royal Gorge, LLC / Foster Enterprises, Jake led a team of 25 consultants and managed a $7 million annual budget for the development of a large property. Jake was the Managing General Partner at Caruso Capital Management, LLC, overseeing all operational and regulatory aspects of an investment advisory firm. Additional experience includes management consulting roles for various clients, including Waste Management, Inc. and Southern Pacific Transportation Company. Jake holds both an MBA and a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University.
