Michael Conway FCPA, ICD.D is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial management. Currently serving as Chair of the Institute of Corporate Directors - Okanagan Branch since July 2019, and as Director and Audit Committee Chair at Decisive Dividend Corporation since September 2012, Michael has also held the position of Managing Director at Stratcon Ventures Inc. since 2005, where the focus is on providing strategic and performance management advice to mid-market organizations. Previous leadership roles include President & CEO of FEI Canada (2007-2017), Senior VP & CFO at Psion Teklogix (2000-2005), VP Finance at Sprint Canada (1999-2000), Vice-President & Controller at BCE Inc. (1997-1999), and VP & Chief Accountant at Royal Bank of Canada (1992-1997). Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management from McGill University, earned between 1976 and 1979.
