Chip Horn

Chip Horn currently serves as a Senior Strategic Program Analyst at Decisive Point Consulting Group, providing support to the Department of the Army on strategic readiness reporting and data analysis. Prior to this role, Chip Horn had significant experience in project and program management within the US Army, including leadership positions focused on talent management, budget oversight for Army Cyber Command, and driving institutional change at the Army Future Studies Group. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in National Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy and an MBA from George Mason University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from The Citadel.
