Pratiksha Darade

Pratiksha Darade has a wealth of work experience, starting in 2010 as a Project Trainee at Persistent Systems Limited. In 2011, they were promoted to Software Engineer at the same company. In 2013, they began working at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Technical Product Manager, as well as a Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University. That same year, they also began working at Indiana University Health as a Data Analyst. In 2014, they began working at Morgan Stanley as an Assistant Vice President - Wealth Management and a Technology Associate - Prime Brokerage. In 2019, they moved to Amazon as a Business Intelligence Engineer II, and in 2023 they became the Business Intelligence Lead at DECKED, LLC.

Pratiksha Darade received their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Sinhgad College of Engineering in 2011. Pratiksha then went on to receive their Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Carnegie Mellon University in 2013.
