Dylan Fender is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business optimization and management within the EMEA region. Currently serving as the Senior Business Optimisation Manager at Deckers Brands since March 2020, Dylan supports cross-functional projects associated with Oracle EBS, primarily focusing on Supply Chain and Finance. Prior to this role, Dylan worked at Debenhams for nearly two decades, holding various positions including Business Optimisation Manager, Delivery Manager for International Portfolio Management, and Systems Manager, where responsibilities included managing core applications for International Franchise operations and overseeing Import & Export controls. Dylan began the professional journey as a Business Analyst and progressed through several analytical roles. Educationally, Dylan earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth, completing the degree in 2000.
