Karin Baust

Karin Baust currently serves as the VP of Global Retail at Deckers Brands since September 2022. Previously, Karin held key leadership roles at Puma, including General Manager of the Running/Training/Fitness Business Unit and General Manager of Retail Europe from February 2011 to September 2019. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager of Factory Stores in Western Europe at Nike from February 2008 to July 2010, and various positions at Reebok from January 1999 to January 2008, including Director of Retail and Retail Merchandise Manager. Karin began a career in retail at Macy's East, where responsibilities included Buyer, Group Selling Manager, and participation in the Executive Training Program from January 1991 to November 1998. Karin holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Duke University, completed in 1990.
