Kay Foxhall Story has extensive experience in customer service leadership, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service for Wholesale and Distributor in the EMEA region at Deckers Brands since October 2017. Prior to this role, Kay held the position of Director of European Customer Services at Wolverine Worldwide from November 2008 to October 2017 and was the Head of Customer Services at Honeywell from September 2003 to November 2008. Earlier in the career, Kay worked as a Customer Service Manager at Nike from 1999 to 2003. Educationally, Kay holds a BA in History from Durham University, completed in 1998, and is currently pursuing coaching studies at The Coaching Academy, starting in April 2024. Additionally, Kay attended Gorleston Grammar School.
